Microscopic Features:
  • Characterized by neutrophils with prominent Dohle-like bodies and background Giant platelets
  • The Dohle-like bodies are half the diameter of an RBC with light blue crescent shaped appearance
  • Besides the neutrophils, other granulocytes, monocytes, and lymphocytes may also be involved
Normal % blood-PB, marrow-BM, lymphoid tissue-LN:
  • PB: None
  • BM: None
  • LN: None

  • CD45+
  • High SCC
  • CD10+
  • CD11b+
  • CD13+
