› Microscopic Features:- Peripheral blood smear shows lymphocytes with Villous cytoplasmic projections (may resemble hair-like projections of Hairy Cell Leukemia)
- ymphocytes with villous-like projections are intermediate in size
- Lacks a prominent nucleolus
› Normal % blood-PB, marrow-BM, lymphoid tissue-LN:- PB: None
- BM: None
- LN: None
› May Resemble:- Hairy Cell Leukemia
- Reactive lymphocyte
