Pseudo-Gaucher cells

Pseudo-Gaucher cells are histiocytes with cytoplasmic needle-like inclusions, resembling histiocytes noted in Gaucher disease (Gaucher cells). These pseudo-Gaucher cells have been shown in a variety of diseases including but not limited to CML, multiple myeloma, and ALL.
