Non-specific antibodies

Non-specific antibodies lack antigenic specificity and may represent anti-HLA, anti-complement, and other antibodies not identified on the standard antibody panel. The vast majority of non-specific antibodies are clinically insignificant and are not known to cause hemolytic disease of the fetus and newborn.
