Granuloma

AKA Granulomatous inflammation is a collection of epithelioid histiocytes (large histiocytes with increased cytoplasm). May be due to an underlying infection (e.g. Mycobacterial or fungi), Malignancy (e.g. Hodgkin Lymphoma), or other processes (e.g. Sarcoidosis). Not to be confused with granulation tissue.
