Neoplasm

Usually refers to a clonal growth (tumor). These may be benign or malignant. Benign tumors include adenomas while malignant ones include carcinoma (epithelial), sarcoma (mesenchymal), melanoma (melanocytic), lymohoma and leukemia (hematopoietic).
