  • Small to intermediate sized lymphocytes
  • Irregular nuclear membrane (cerebriform nucleus: looks like "Brain")
  • Nucleoli are usually absent
  • Scant amount of light blue cytoplasm

  • PB: None
  • BM: None
  • LN: None

›Misc:

Sezary syndrome refers to a triad of Erythroderma (likely with skin involvement by the underlying T-cell lymphoma), Lymphadenopathy, and circulating abnormal neoplastic T-cell in the blood
