›Microscopic Features:

• The lymph node is usually effaced (closed subcapsular sinus and loss of follicle architecture)
• The lymphoid tissue is replaced by usually a diffuse lymphoid proliferation of small to intermediate-sized notched lymphocytes (the abnormal lymphocytes have irregular nuclear membranes)

›Normal % blood-PB, marrow-BM, lymphoid tissue-LN:

• PB: N/A
• BM: N/A
• LN: N/A

›May Resemble:

• Non-neoplastic reactive Lymph node[Compare]
• Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma[Compare]
• Follicular Lymphoma (specially the nodular variant of Mantle Cell Lymphoma)[Compare]
