Agglutination

Aggregation or clumping of biologic substances such as bacteria or cells (e.g. red blood cell agglutination as noted in direct and indirect antiglobulin test, AKA Coombs' test). Agglutination may also be indicative of antibody-antigen presence on coated cells or substances.
