Monoclonal Gammopathy of Uncertain Significance are part of plasma cell neoplasms and thought to be precursors to plasma cell myeloma. Similar to the other plasma cell neoplams, they typically display an M-spike on Serum Protein Electrophoresis and shown to be clonal by IFE.
