›Microscopic Features:
- Characterized by neutrophils with prominent Dohle-like bodies and background Giant platelets
- The Dohle-like bodies are half the diameter of an RBC with light blue crescent shaped appearance
- Besides the neutrophils, other granulocytes, monocytes, and lymphocytes may also be involved
