Pseudo Pelger Huet Neutrophil
›Microscopic Features:
- 2-3x larger than a mature RBC
- Low nuclear to cytoplasmic ratio (more cytoplasm than nucleus)
- Nucleus is mature with 2 lobes connected by thin chromatin filament
- Nucleoli are absent
- In some cases, hypergranulation, hypogranulation or abnormal granules can be seen
- Pseudo Pelger-Huet neutrophils are a form of dysplastic neutrophils
›Normal % blood-PB, marrow-BM, lymphoid tissue-LN:
- PB: Rare to None
- BM: Rare to None
- LN: None

- CD45+
- Lowered SCC
- CD10+/-

Normal segmentation is 3-5 lobes while Hyposegmentation is <3 lobes and Hypersegmentation is >5 lobes
