Pseudo Pelger Huet Neutrophil

›Microscopic Features:
- 2-3x larger than a mature RBC
- Low nuclear to cytoplasmic ratio (more cytoplasm than nucleus)
- Nucleus is mature with 2 lobes connected by thin chromatin filament. The granules are neutrophilic (pink)
- Nucleoli are absent
- In some cases, hypergranulation, hypogranulation, or abnormal granules can be seen
- Pseudo Pelger-Huet neutrophils are a form of dysplastic neutrophils
