Splenomegaly, Pancytopenia (many with monocytopenia), and dry aspirate during biopsy (due to marrow fibrosis) are common findings
The neoplastic cells typically involve the red pulp area of the spleen (as opposed to Splenic Marginal Zone Lymphoma which involves the white pulp)
