- Peripheral blood smear shows lymphocytes with Villous cytoplasmic projections (may resemble hair-like projections of Hairy Cell Leukemia)
- ymphocytes with villous-like projections are intermediate in size
- Lacks a prominent nucleolus
›Normal % blood-PB, marrow-BM, lymphoid tissue-LN:

- LN: None
