- Low nuclear to cytoplasmic ratio (more cytoplasm than nucleus)
- Nucleus is mature
- Nucleoli are absent
- Lack or diminished neutrophilic granules
›Normal % blood-PB, marrow-BM, lymphoid tissue-LN:
- PB: Rare to None
- BM: Rare to None
- LN: None
